I am in a crafty mood. I just got a shipment of supplies for new crafty projects. I purchased 500 feet of 550lb test cord. This stuff is really nifty, and I'm going to make all sorts of crap out of it. First of I'm going to make bracelets, and lanyards and shit. Much like the stuff found on this guy's blog.
I'll take lots of pictures and put them up, because I got a new memory card for my camera. It was on sale for 10 bucks.
Which reminds me, there are quite a few projects I've done recently that I don't have pics of. If any of my readers have a picture of my crafts I invite them to please share so I can post them.
The Doktor is currently out of his mind. Please take a seat and we'll be right with you.

I had a freaky dream just now.
I had a dream about Flock Hall. They were all super heroes. Flynn was much like Iron Man. Linus was like Juggernaut. Tessa like Scarlett Witch. Squid was Dazzler from ultimate x-men. Gina was much like Lady DeathStrike. And do you know what these superheroes did? They went and beat up fratboy super heroes....weird huh?

This note does not apply to my patients. This is for people who have aggravated me recently.
If you happen to be someone who aggravated me, and you somehow stumbled across my blog, please pay attention.
ahem.....*
Don't say another Goddamn word. Up until now, I've been polite. If you say anything else to me- word one - I will kill myself. And when my tainted spirit finds its destination, I will topple the master of that dark place. From my black throne, I will lash together a machine of bone and blood, and fueled by my hatred for you this fear engine will bore a hole between this world and that one. When it begins, you will hear the sound of children screaming - as though from a great distance. A smoking orb of nothing will grow above your bed, and from it will emerge a thousand starving crows. As I slip through the widening maw in my new form, you will catch only a glimpse of my radiance before you are incinerated. Then, as tears of bubbling pitch stream down my face, my dark work will begin...I will open one of my six mouths, and I will sing the song that ends the Earth

Movies that make you cry
As un-masculine as it sounds, I cry when watching some movies. I just watched The Robinsons and it made me cry a little. I think it may have been the orphan theme. Movies with orphans often make me cry, I'm not sure why that is. Anyway, I'd really like to put this out as a question to my patients.
Which movies make you cry?
I look forward to the results. I'm really curious to see if the same sort of movies make everyone cry or if everyone has there own weepy movies.

Wishlist
I've been oogling many things on the interwebs recently and I thought I'd show pretty pictures of them to my patients. The biggest oogle is the computer I may be buying in a month or two.
I will be buying either this little black Macbook
1GB memory
160GB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Or this iMac
1GB memory
320GB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB memory
Built-in iSight Camera
They both cost about the same, but I'm leaning towards the iMac, because I'd have to buy a bigger monitor for the Macbook. No matter which one I get I'll get another gig of ram.
The next set of nifty "I wannits" are in the jewelry category. I'm going to be getting the large holes in my ears back so I'll need some new jewelry for that. Consequently Linus will probably get the rest of my 2 gauge jewelry if he wants it. I will be moving up to 00 gauge and these are the two pieces of jewelry I'd like to start with.
these are nice clear silicone tunnels, much like the tunnels I have now except clear. They are soft and easy to wear and will make stretching easier.
The other pair is also like one I already own, only bigger.
My next I don't really need it but I am probably going to buy it...A big damn knife.
What do you think of my useless consumer list?

more complaints.
So I've decided that being in charge of people is stupid.
At work I'm in charge of what tasks people should be doing. For example, if theres a lot of calls coming in, I put people on the phones. Well we have a limited number of people who can do the phones and on busy days I may need everyone who is capable to be on the phones. So you will understand why I am very upset at this one fellow who kept getting off the phones when I told him to work the phones. He did this not once not twice, but five times. He would get on the phones then after a while he'd stop, he'd just stop. Now, I know why he isn't doing what I tell him to, it's because he thinks he should have gotten the job instead of me, he thinks he knows the job and what needs done better than me. He is, for lack of a better word, WRONG. He couldn't work his way out of a wet paper sack. If he continues to be insubordinate I am going to call up the supervisor on his day off and tell him to tell this guy over the phone to get back to work...imagine how not happy about that the supervisor will be. I may not have any disciplinary authority, but our supervisor sure does, and being bothered like that on a day off would sure as hell piss me off.
Grar, anyway...the job isn't all that bad. I just wanted to vent about that one little thing.

Promotion
It is official as of today; I am the new Process Specialist for NPE at Startek. I'm both excited and nervous about this new position. It comes with nifty percs, like unlimited authorized overtime, an 80 cent raise, access to new programs, and more authority. It also comes with new hassles and responsibilities like dealing with the folks who didn't get the position, doing the supervisors clerical work that he's neglected for a month, being lorded over by the boss of my boss, and generally running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I will try and do my best though, and the new responsibilities will at least keep the job fresh and stimulating so I don't get bored to death.
