Moment of awesome

I have successfully passed my written and clinical boards. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I can legally call myself board certified now.

running log

Today I ran 3.2 miles with a one minute break after 1.6 miles. Tomorrow I hope to copy this accomplishment. If I can do that then I will rest up for the Hapi-ness 5k on Saturday.

todays run

3.2 miles tonight. 2.5running/jogging .7walking It was a very successful run.

Today's Run

I did a total of 2 miles, 1.5miles running/jogging and .5miles walking.
